How long does recruitment usually take?
Most searches are completed within 3–5 business days from briefing to shortlist. More specialised or senior roles can take up to 10 business days depending on the brief.

What happens if a candidate doesn't work out?
Every placement is backed by a free replacement guarantee. If a candidate does not remain in the role for the first three months, we conduct the search again at no additional fee.
How does your fee work?
Our engagements are typically structured as a fixed fee, agreed upfront so there are no surprises. For some senior or executive searches we work on a percentage of the successful candidate's salary. Fees are always confirmed in writing before we begin.
