I’m Tyrone Mostyn. I founded One Up Partners to give Sydney businesses a more personal way to hire the coordinators, specialists, supervisors and managers who keep their operations running.
My background spans automotive, commercial equipment, heavy vehicles, transport and logistics. Those years showed me how much depends on the people behind the scenes — the allocator juggling the fleet, the coordinator keeping work scheduled, the supervisor running the shift. It’s those operational roles One Up focuses on across its sectors.
When you brief me, I take the time to understand the role, the team and what good looks like. I speak with the candidates myself and stay involved until the person starts.

You brief Tyrone, and Tyrone runs the search. It isn’t passed to a junior consultant.
Success-fee based
Fees are agreed in writing up front and payable only when you hire, on the agreed terms.
Permanent roles
Direct-hire recruitment only. No labour hire, temporary staffing or payroll.

Every candidate is spoken to and screened before you see them.
